1. A refrigerator or the like, comprising at least one thermostat whose sensor detects the temperature of an evaporator surface, the connection between the sensor and the thermostat being established through a tube which extends up to the evaporator, where it is secured in such away that an inserted sensor detects the surface temperature of said evaporator, characterized by a mounting device comprising a holder which can be connected to a housing (1) and/or the evaporator (3, 4) and which has a seating (15, 16, 17) for partly receiving the tube (6) and two spaced-apart supporting elements (34, 40) having oppositely inclined surfaces (36, 42) for clamping the tube (6).

Bei einem Kühlschrank ist die Verbindung zwischen Fühler (60) und Thermostat durch ein Rohr (6) geführt, das zumindest teilweise hinter der Innenwandung (5, 48) der Isolierung verlegt, und an dem dort angebrachten Verdampfer (4) so anliegend befestigt ist, daß ein eingeschobener Fühler (60) dessen Oberflächen-temperatur erfaßt.
