[origin: WO8600191A1] The toilets for cats which are available on the market comprise a litter box wherein the cats may relieve themselves. These toilets boxes are either fully open at their upper part or provided with a protection cabin presenting an opening for the passage of the cat. These toilets present many disadvantages, particularly: the legs of the cat are in contact with the litter and the excrements; in the open toilet boxes, the cat may project and scatter the litter and the excrements around the toilet. The closed toilet boxes are too expensive to be disposable. The object of the present invention is a toilet for cats which remedy most of said disadvantages, due to the fact that the legs of the cat are not in contact with the litter. The toilet is characterized in that it is comprised of a platform having a hole, and on which the cats take place and relieve themselves through said hole. The excrements being collected under the platform. The attached drawings represent schematically and as an example a number of forms of execution of the object of the invention. Figures 1 to 3 are perspective views of three particularly simple forms of execution. Figure 4 represents a receptacle for the excrements which can be used with either one of the forms of execution represented by figures 1 to 3.

Les WC pour chats que l'on trouve sur le marché comportent un bac à litière dans lequel le chat fait ses besoins. Les bacs de ces WC sont, soit entièrement ouverts à leur partie supérieure, ou bien dotés d'une cabine de protection présentant une ouverture pour le passage du chat. Ces WC présentent de nombreux inconvénients, en particulier: - les pattes du chat sont en contact avec la litière et les excréments, - dans les WC à bacs ouverts, le chat peut projeter et éparpiller la litière et les excréments autour du WC. - Les WC à bacs fermés sont d'un prix de revient trop élevé pour être jetables. La présente invention a pour objet un WC pour chats qui remédie à la plupart de ces inconvénients, grâce au fait que les pattes du chat ne sont plus en contact avec la litière. Ce WC est caractérisé par le fait qu'il est constitué d'une plateforme présentant un trou, sur laquelle s'installe le chat pour faire ses besoins à travers ledit trou, les excréments étant recueillis sous la plateforme. Les dessins ci-annexés représentent schématiquement et à titre d'exemple un certain nombre de formes d'exécution de l'objet de l'invention. Les figures 1 à 3 sont des vues en perspective de trois formes d'exécution particulièrement simples. La figure 4 représente un réceptacle pour les excréments, que l'on peut utiliser avec l'une ou l'autre forme d'exécution représentées aux figures 1 à 3.
