1. Device for checking and sorting out tiles (5, 5'), comprising a conveyor belt (1) and a checking device (2) provided with feeler pins (3) and disposed above said conveyor belt (1), said checking device (2) being connected to a discarding device (6) through a measuring device and a control unit (4), characterized in that said checking device (2) is disposed elevatably relative to said conveyor belt (1), said feeler pins (3) of said checking device (2) control said measuring device through a transmission mechanism, said transmission mechanism is a three-armed lever (8), the first lever arm (9) controlling said measuring device, the second lever arm (13) being connected to the upper ends of said feeler pins disposed distant from the conveyor belt (1) and the third lever arm (12) being spring-impinged, and the conveyor belt (1) is continously movable with a synchronous follow of the checking device along a partial distance.

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren zum Prüfen und Aussortieren von Ziegeln, welche auf einem Förderband (1) einzeln einer mit Taststiften (3) versehenen und mit einer Meßvorrichtung verbundenen Prüfvorrichtung (2) zugeführt werden, wobei jeder Ziegel (5) durch die Prüfvorrichtung auf Ebenflächigkeit abgetastet wird. Hierbei wird die Prüfvorrichtung (2) auf den jeweils zu prüfenden Ziegel zu bewegt, worauf nach Durchführung der Prüfung durch die Taststifte über die Meßvorrichtung und eine Steuereinheit (4) eine hinter der Prüfvorrichtung (2) angeordnete Abrufvorrichtung (6) einen Abfallziegel (5') vom Förderband (1) entfernt.
