The device according to the invention allows pressing by simple means of a tube fitting (16) into a tube (10), without the risk of damaging the tube core. A drawing set is arranged at a distance (L) from the end of the tube and is in non-positive engagement with the tube (10). An insertion ring comprising at least three insertion segments (32) covers the end face of the tube fitting (16) to be pressed into the tube (10). The insertion ring has a smooth cone (34) slightly tapered in the direction in which it is pressed in, the cone being adapted to be partially inserted into the tube, and an annular stop surface (60) for the tube fitting (16). A pressure plate (36) serves as an abutment for the tube fitting (16) during the pressing process into the tube (10). The device is used, for example, for reinforcing low pressure tubes for the food and drink industry or for the chemical industry. <IMAGE>

Die erfindungsgemässe Vorrichtung ermöglicht mit einfachen Mitteln das Einpressen einer Schlaucharmatur (16) in einen Schlauch (10), ohne dass für die Schlauchseele eine Verletzungsgefahr besteht. Im Abstand (L) vom Schlauchende steht eine Ziehgarnitur in kraftschlüssigem Eingriff mit dem Schlauch (10). Ein Einführungsring, welcher aus mindestens drei Einführungssegmenten (32) besteht, deckt die Stirnseite der in den Schlauch (10) einzupressenden Schlaucharmatur (16) ab. Der Einführungsring hat einen sich in Einpressrichtung leicht verjüngenden, glatten Konus (34), welcher teilweise in den Schlauch gesteckt werden kann, und eine ringförmig ausgebildete Anschlagfläche (60) für die Schlaucharmatur (16). Eine Druckplatte (36) dient als Widerlager für die Schlaucharmatur (16) bei deren Einpressen in den Schlauch (10). Die Vorrichtung wird beispielsweise zum Armieren von Niederdruckschläuchen für die Lebensmittel- und Getränkeindustrie oder die chemische Industrie eingesetzt.
