1. Dispenser for rolls of strip material, designed in particular for toilet paper rolls, formed by a casing (1) provided with a vertical rear wall (2) whose distribution opening (5) is provided in a lateral wall (4) perpendicular to this wall (2), a first fixed, horizontal core-holder in the form of a spindle (6) mounted on the vertical wall at a height above the opening and a second core-holder (10) parallel to the first, characterized in that the second core-holder (10) is mounted on a rod (11) movable about a fixed, horizontal shaft (12) disposed at a height above the spindle (6) and on the other side of the vertical plane passing through the axis of the spindle (6) with respect to the second core-holder, the rod (11) being, in part, at a distance from the wall (2) which is greater than the length of the spindle (6), the shaft (12) - spindle (6) distance being smaller than the shaft (12) - second core-holder (10) distance such that the second core-holder (10) can be displaced between two end positions, one above the spindle (6) and the other between the spindle (6) and the opening (5).

Le distributeur, constitué d'un carter pourvu d'une paroi verticale et dont l'ouverture de distribution est ménagée sur une paroi latérale perpendiculairement à cette paroi verticale, constitué également, pour un premier rouleau, d'un premier porte-mandrin horizontal en forme de broche montée sur la paroi verticale au-dessus de ladite ouverture, et, pour un deuxième rouleau, d'un deuxième porte-mandrin parallèle au premier est caractérisé en ce que le deuxième porte-mandrin est monté sur une tige mobile autour d'un axe fixe horizontal disposé à une hauteur supérieure à celle de la broche, la distance axe - broche étant inférieure à la distance axe - deuxième porte-mandrin de telle sorte que le deuxième porte-mandrin puisse se déplacer entre deux positions extrêmes l'une, en-dessus de la broche, l'autre, entre la broche et l'ouverture.
