Abstract (en)
To eliminate any resistance to distribution, provision has been made for a combination of several devices: an elastic means (31) acting on a movable stop (24) in order to authorise the stopping of the drum (3) after cutting, regardless of the tensile force on the excess strip, and the detachment of the said strip held by a central point created by the toothed blade (4a); a cam (16) defining the path of the cutting blade; an elastic means (32) with an adjustable position, which is intended to guide the material wound on the drum towards the exit without braking it; a device (10-35) for bringing into service a new roll by driving the drum in rotation from a cap or from the lower opening of the apparatus. <IMAGE>

Pour supprimer toute résistance à la distribution on a prévu de combiner plusieurs dispositifs entre eux: un moyen élastique (31) agissant sur une butée mobile (24) pour autoriser l'arrêt du tambour (3) après la coupe quelque soit la force de traction sur la bande débordante, et le détachement de ladite bande maintenue par un point central créé par la lame dentelée (4a); une came (16) définissant la trajectoire de la lame de coupe; un moyen élastique (32) à position réglable qui est destiné à guider le matériau enroulé sur le tambour vers la sortie sans le freiner; un dispositif (10-35) de mise en service d'un rouleau neuf par entraînement en rotation du tambour à partir d'un capot ou de l'ouverture inférieure de l'appareil.
