Water closet combination wherein the closet body (1) can also be used separately and the fitted toilet flush tank (6) is secured to the closet body (1) at the back, and wherein the toilet flush tank (6) rests, with a part of its base forming a resting surface (7), on an upper support surface (5') of the closet body (1) which is an extension of the rear seat surface (5), and wherein the resting surface (7) projects with respect to a downwardly directed securing flange (10) for the toilet flush tank (6) which is formed in on piece with the securing flange (10), characterised in that the securing flange (10) is provided with lateral aprons (10') which cover the securing means for the toilet flush tank (6) and also the flush water supply pipe (9) and are formed in one piece with the securing flange (10) and the toilet flush tank (6).
