Connecting device of one end of shoe to a ski, wherein : * said shoe (2) includes at its tip one hooking part (1, 71) * one bearing or retaining part (3, 76) is intended to receive and cooperate with the said end of the shoe or of the corresponding hooking part (1, 71) * one removable latch (7, 51, 41, 60, 77) is pivotally mounted with respect to the ski (4) around a transversal pivot axis (8, 40, 61, 78), wherein the said latch is able to pivot between an inactive position of non-retention of the shoe and an active position of retention of the shoe, in which it is biased elastically by a spring system (9, 52, 45, 64, 83), characterized in that, in this active position of retention of the shoe, a relative play "e" is produced between the pivot axis and its housing.

Le dispositif est fixé sur le ski (4) et comporte une pièce d'appui (3) destinée à recevoir et à coopérer avec la partie d'accrochage (1) de la chaussure (2), un verrou amovible (7) pouvant pivoter autour d'un axe (8) entre une position inactive de non-retenue de la chaussure et une position active de retenue de la chaussure, et un système élastique sollicitant ledit verrou (7) dans les positions qu'il est susceptible de prendre; l'axe de pivotement (8) du verrou (7) présentant un jeu relatif «e» tout autour de celui-ci par rapport à son logement (18) dans sa position active de retenue de la chaussure.
