In a pumping device which comprises a fastening means for connection to the container and a dispensing arm extending away from the container in the state of use and having a downwardly opening dispensing nozzle located at its front end, to ensure that the dispensing nozzle, when not in use, is covered securely against loss and in a way which is simple to handle, a closing device (8) covering the dispensing nozzle (7) in one end position is arranged on the dispensing arm (5) so as to be longitudinally displaceable. <IMAGE>

Bei einer Pumpeinrichtung, welche eine Befestigungseinrichtung zur Verbindung mit dem Behälter und einen sich im Gebrauchszustand von dem Behälter weg erstreckenden Ausgabearm mit einer an dessen Vorderende angeordneten, sich nach unten öffnenden Ausgabedüse umfaßt, ist zur Erzielung einer gegen Verlieren gesicherten, einfach handhabbaren Abdeckung der Ausgabedüse bei Nichtgebrauch vorgesehen, daß an dem Ausgabearm (5) längsverschieblich eine in einer Endstellung die Ausgabedüse (7) abdeckende Verschließeinrichtung (8) angeordnet ist.
