Device for extracting liquid (2) from a reservoir (1) in the form of electrically charged droplets by means of a spray system, e.g. a rotating disc (7), the said reservoir (1) and all the devices for conveying the liquid (2), such as a pump (3) and shut-off valve (4) being uncharged, characterised in that a) the liquid (2) is conveyed in the form of droplets or in an intermittent jet, e.g. through a nozzle (5), via an air section (6) of 3 to 30 cm, preferably of 5 to 20 cm, to a rotating disc (7), b) a high voltage of 10 to 150 kV, preferably of 50 to 100 kV, is applied to the rotating disc (7), c) the liquid is charged on the rotating disc (7) and is spun off and d) the housing of the rotating disc sprayer (11) is constructed in such a way that electrical force effects on persons or adjacent system parts are prevented. <IMAGE>

Vorrichtung zum Ausbringen von Flüssigkeit (2) in Form von elektrisch aufgeladenen Tropfen über ein Spritzsystem, z. B. eine rotierende Scheibe (7), aus einem Vorratsbehälter (1), wobei der Vorratsbehälter (1) und alle Einrichtungen zur Förderung der Flüssigkeit (2), wie Pumpe (3) und Absperrventil (4) ungeladen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß a) die Flüssigkeit (2) in Form von Tröpfchen oder in einem intermittierenden Strahl, z. B. durch eine Düse (5), über eine Luftstrecke (6) von 3 bis 30 cm, vorzugsweise von 5 bis 20 cm, auf eine rotierende Scheibe (7) gefördert wird, b) an der rotierenden Scheibe (7) Hochspannung von 10 bis 150 kV, vorzugsweise von 50 bis 100 kV, angelegt ist, c) die Flüssigkeit an der rotierenden Scheibe (7) aufgeladen und abgeschleudert wird und d) das Gehäuse des Rotationszerstäubers (11) so ausgebildet ist, daß elektrische Kraftwirkungen auf Personen oder benachbarte Anlagenteile verhindert werden.
