Abstract (en)

[origin: US4771824A] A method of transferring heat from a hot fluid to a cold fluid by means of a heat carrying fluid formed from at least two non azeotropic constituents contained in a looped circuit. The hot fluid gives up its heat in an exchanger, this heat being used for evaporating the heat carrying fluid which is then condensed in an exchanger while giving up its condensation heat to the cold fluid. A heat carrying agent reservoir accomodates the heat flux variations and a system imposes a flow direction on the heat carrying fluid.

Procédé de transfert de chaleur d'un fluide chaud à un fluide froid par l'intermédiaire d'un fluide caloporteur à au moins deux constituants non-azéotropiques contenu dans un circuit en boucle. Le fluide chaud (2,3) cède sa chaleur dans un échangeur (I), cette chaleur servant à évaporer le fluide caloporteur, lequel est ensuit condensé dans un échangeur (II) en cédant sa chaleur de condensation au fluide froid (5,6). Un réservoir d'agent caloporteur (R) permet de répondre aux variations de flux thermiques et un système (11) impose un sens de circulation au fluide caloporteur.
