Abstract (en)
This rod is produced from one or more bodies of suitable shapes and sizes made of hard or elastically deformable plastic and being capable of functioning as a regulator. The body or bodies are appropriately arranged inside the cartridge directly in combination with the charge and the lead shot or inside a cup forming a skirt. The cup has a rear sealing skirt (3) separated from a front skirt (1d) receiving the charge of lead shot by a transverse partition (1h). The skirt interacts in its rear part facing the powder with a slug (4) made of elastically deformable flexible material and shaped to penetrate into the skirt (3) during firing, in order, on the one hand, to ensure perfect sealing by being laid against the separating partition (1h) and, on the other hand, to assist the expansion of the skirt (3) when it leaves the muzzle of the barrel. <IMAGE>

Cette bourre est exécutée à partir d'un ou plusieurs corps de formes et dimensions appropriées, en matière plastique dur ou déformable élastiquement en étant susceptible de faire office de régulateur, le ou lesdits corps étant convenablement disposés à l'intérieur de la cartouche directement en combinaison avec la charge et les plombs, ou bien à l'intérieur d'un godet formant jupe, le godet présentant une jupe arrière d'étanchéité (3) séparée d'une jupe avant (1d) recevant la charge de plombs, par une cloison transversale (1h), ladite jupe coopérant dans sa partie arrière du côté de la poudre avec une pastille (4) en matière souple déformable élastiquement conformée pour pénétrer à l'intérieur de ladite jupe (3) lors du tir en vue, d'une part, d'assurer une étanchéité parfaite en venant plaquer contre la cloison de séparation (1h) et, d'autre part, favoriser l'expansion de ladite jupe (3) à la sortie de la bouche du canon.
