[origin: WO8602263A1] A formed and washable diaper comprised of multiple layers of material including an inner layer of soft nonirritating absorbent washable fabric, an absorbent and moisture retentative mildew-resistant washable felt layer, and an outer moisture barrier layer of fabric, diaper being formed with an hourglass shape with an upper end (27) longer in length than the bottom end (35) such that when placed on the wearer, with the upper end (27) forms the back of the diaper and the bottom end is pulled up between the wearer's legs and disposed on the front, with top and bottom edges (23) and (25) curved slightly convex upward and downward respectively.

Des langes lavables et façonnés comprennent des couches multiples, notamment une couche intérieure en un tissu doux lavable, absorbant et non-irritant, une couche feutrée lavable de rétention de l'humidité et résistante aux moisissures, et une couche extérieure de tissu imperméable à l'humidité. Les langes ont la forme d'un sablier. L'extrémité supérieure (27) est plus longue que l'extrémité inférieure (35), de telle sorte que lorsque les langes sont placés sur l'utilisateur, l'extrémité supérieure (27) forme la partie postérieure des langes et l'extrémité inférieure est tirée entre les jambes de l'utilisateur et agencée devant lui, ses bords supérieur et inférieur (23) et (24) étant légèrement convexes, vers le haut et vers le bas respectivement.
