Abstract (en)
The invention relates to an air rifle with essentially a barrel, lock, stock and air cell and with an integrated air pump (1) connected to the air cell designed as a pressure cylinder (3). The rifle is intended for shooting automatic injection syringes used as a projectile for introducing drugs into an animal body. The rifle barrel (8) is arranged and held above the air pump (1) and pressure cell (3) and parallel to these, and the air pump, pressure cylinder (3) and lock (4) are connected to one another axially in alignment and are fastened to the stock (5). According to a preferred embodiment, the projectile energy is limited to a maximum of 7.5 joules, one or more means for limiting the air pressure in the pressure cylinder to a value p being provided. With the rifle according to the invention, shots can be fired over a distance of 50 m with a high accuracy of hit without a limitation of the projectile energy and still over a distance of 10 to 20 m with a limitation of the projectile energy. <IMAGE>

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Luftgewehr mit im wesentlichen Lauf, Schloß, Schaft und Luftspeicher sowie einer integrierten Luftpumpe (1), die mit dem als Druckzylinder (3) ausgebildeten Luftspeicher verbunden ist, zum Verschießen von als Geschoß verwendeten selbstätigen Injektionsspritzen zum Einführen von Arzneimitteln in einen Tierkörper, bei dem der Lauf (8) oberhalb von Luftpumpe (1) und Druckspeicher (3) und parallel zu diesen angeordnet und gehalten ist und Luftpumpe Druckzylinder (3) und Schloß (4) miteinander axial fluchtend verbunden und am Schaft (5) befestigt sind. Gemäß einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist die Geschoßenergie auf maximal 7, 5 Joule begrenzt, wobei ein oder mehrere Mittel zur Begrenzung des Luftdrucks im Druckzlinder auf einen Wert p vorgesehen sind. Mit dem erfindungsgemäßen Luftgewehr kann ohne Begrenzung der Geschoß-energie treffsicher bis 50 m weit gescchossen werden, bei Begrenzung der Geschoßenergie immer noch auf eine Entfernung von 10 bis 20 m.
