Abstract (en)
A draught intensifying apparatus for chimneys comprising an inner gas channel (6) connected to the chimney having a chimney capital (2). According to the improvement, the apparatus has a confusor (3) provided with an inner mantle (5) and an outer mantle (8) covered by a cap (4), and the gas channel (6) is formed within the inner mantle (5), and between the inner mantle (5) and the outer mantle (8) a confusor space (9) narrowing from the chimney capital (2) towards the cap (4) is provided, and gas outlets (12) are provided between the confusor (3) and the cap (4).
