[origin: WO8602259A2] The process is designed for the production of dental prostheses or parts thereof from polymerizable plastic. The easy-flowing plastic is introduced into a hollow area (3') which corresponds to the shape of the prosthesis, limited on the one side by the plaster cast (3) and on the other side by an upper mould section (4) which maintains the tooth arrangement (14) and altogether surrounds the free surfaces of the plaster cast (3). In a polymerization vessel (1) the plastic is polymerized in a bowl (2) which contains the plaster cast (3) and the upper mould section (4). In order to improve the matching precision of the prostheses produced, a lower pressure than that of the other also locally-open regions is applied through one or several open points (6) on the underside of the base of the plaster cast (3) at the latest during polymerization of the plastic.

Le procédé est conçu pour la production de prothèses dentaires ou de parties de celles-ci en plastique polymérisable. Le plastique qui coule facilement est introduit dans une région creuse (3') correspondant à la forme de la prothèse, limitée d'un côté par la maquette en plâtre (3) et de l'autre côté par une section supérieure de moule (4) qui maintient l'arrangement des dents (14) et entoure complètement les surfaces libres de la maquette en plâtre. Dans un récipient de polymérisation (1) le plastique est polymérisé dans une cuvette (2) contenant la maquette en plâtre (3) et la section supérieure de moule (4). Pour améliorer la précision d'ajustage des prothèses produites, on applique par un ou plusieurs points ouverts (6) du côté inférieur de la base de la maquette en plâtre (3) une pression inférieure à celle des régions également localement ouvertes, et ce au plus tard pendant la polymérisation du plastique.
