1. Packing for devices which may be removed from a surrounding container and which are mounted such that they are guided in the container between holding ribs formed of cardboard, characterised in that when used in the packaging of axial fans having a multi-blade fan wheel secured to the motor shaft end of a drive motor and radially projecting above the motor housing, U-profiled main cardboard strips (2; 3 or 4; 5 respectively) with wall portions (21, 22; 31, 32 or 41, 42; 51, 52 respectively), which extend in the longitudinal direction of the cardboard strips and are erected laterally, are set up on a packing base (12 or 13 respectively), and the motor-side end (6; 7; 8) of each axial fan is inserted between the wall portions in an inclined position in such a way that the fan wheels (9; 10; 11) of the axial fans, inserted one after the other, overlap each other in the longitudinal direction and, in each case, a motor of an axial fan is arranged between two blades of the fan wheel of the following axial fan.

Es soll eine konstruktiv einfache und den Stauraum maximal auslastende Verpackung für eine vorgeschriebene Kartongröße geschaffen werden, die trotzdem den zu verpackenden Geräten in Form von Kraftfahrzeug-Axialventilatoren einen ausreichenden Schutz gegen Verpackungs - und Transportbeanspruchungen gewährleistet; dazu wird erfindungsgemäß vorgeschlagen, U-profilierte Haupt-Kartonstreifen (2;3 bzw. 4;5) mit in Kartonstreifen-Längsrichtung verlaufenden, seitlich aufgerichteten Wandteilen (21,22 ; 31, 32 bzw. 41,42 ; 51,52) auf einen Verpackungsboden (12 bzw. 13) aufzustellen und die Axialventilatoren jeweils mit ihrem motorseitigen Ende (6;7;8) in Schräglage zwischen die Wandteile einzustecken, derart daß die Lüfterräder (9;10;11) oberhalb der Wandteile überlappen und jeweils ein Motor zwischen zwei Flügeln des Lüfterrades des nachfolgenden Axialventilators angeordnet ist. Eine Anwendung eignet sich insbesondere für den Versand von Kfz-Gebläsen, insbesondere mit ungradzahlig flügeligem Lüfterrad.
