1. Double-cylinder sweeping machine having two sweeping cylinders arranged with parallel axes to one another on a chassis or carrier frame, which cylinders are pivotable in common through at least 90 degrees out of a working position extending obliquely of the direction of travel into a second working position extending in mirror image thereto, by means of a bogie on which they are vertically movably secured, characterised in that the two sweeping cylinders (1, 1') are arranged offset in relation to one another in the direction (20) of travel by at least an amount corresponding to the diameter of a sweeping cylinder (1, 1') in a bogie (2) raisebly and lowerably articulated by means of hoist links (3) to a working vehicle and are shiftable by means of parallel guides (6) in the direction of their own axes out of a working position in which they are offset in relation to one another by their axial length into a rest position in which they lie parallel side by side within the bogie without axial offset.

Die Doppelwalzen-Kehrmaschine ist mit zwei an einem Gestell achsparallel nebeneinander angeordneten Kehrwalzen (1, 1') versehen. Mittels eines Drehschemels (2), an dem sie vertikal beweglich befestigt sind, können die Kehrwalzen (1, 1') gemeinsam um wenigstens 90° aus einer schräg zur Fahrtrichtung verlaufenden Arbeitslage in eine zweite spiegelbildlich dazu verlaufende Arbeitslage geschwenkt werden. Um beim arbeitsfreien Transport möglichst wenig Breite zu beanspruchen sind die beiden Kehrwalzen (1, 1') in dem heb- und senkbaren Drehschemel (2) in Fahrtrichtung um mindestens ein dem Durchmesser einer Kehrwalze (1, 1') entsprechendes Maß zueinander versetzt angeordnet und mittels Parallelführungen (6) in Richtung ihrer eigenen Achsen in eine Ruhelage verschiebbar, in welcher sie innerhalb des Drehschemels (2) ohne axialen Versatz parallel nebeneinander liegen.
