Abstract (en)
The strap is formed from a first band (1), from a second band (2) and from a safety buckle (3). The two bands are produced from a flexible material, for example leather. The second band has in its centre a series of equidistant adjusting holes. The buckle comprises two parts (6, 7) articulated about a common axis (8). One end of each band is fixed to the case of a watch (4). The other end of the first band is fixed to one end of the buckle with the aid of a small bar (9), whilst the free end of the second band is connected to the other end of the buckle by means of an inner plate (10), integral with the buckle. The second band is applied on the inner plate and it is held in place with the aid of an outer plate (12) provided with two rods (13) passing through the holes in the band. The two plates are secured together with the aid of screws fixed in the rods through two holes in the inner plate. <IMAGE>

La bracelet est formé d'une première lanière (1), d'une seconde lanière (2) et d'une boucle de sécurité (3). Les deux lanières sont réalisées en un matériau souple, par exemple en cuir. La seconde lanière porte en son milieu une série de trous de réglage équidistants. La boucle comprend deux parties (6, 7) articulées autour d'un axe commun (8). Une extrémité de chaque lanière est fixée au boîtier d'une montre (4). L'autre extrémité de la première lanière est fixée à une extrémité de la boucle à l'aide d'une barrette (9), alors que l'extrémité libre de la seconde lanière est reliée à l'autre extrémité de la boucle au moyen d'une plaque intérieure (10), solidaire de la boucle. La seconde lanière est appliquée sur la plaque intérieure et elle est maintenue en place à l'aide d'une plaque extérieure (12), pourvue de deux tiges (13) passant à travers les trous de la lanière. Les deux plaques sont rendues solidaires à l'aide de vis fixées dans les tiges à travers deux trous de la plaque intérieure.
