In the device for joining together mitred strips, the supports (1 and 2) or clamping devices (12 and 13) receiving the strips are equipped with an elastomeric coating (14) bearing against the profiled strips to be retained. The distance between the two supports (1 and 2) is initially limited by a flexible stop in the form of an elastomeric insert. When the pressure force is applied, the gap of gap width (a) having the elastomeric insert is somewhat reduced, and the relative displacement caused thereby between the workpiece and holding part (1 and 2 or 12 and 13) is absorbed by the elastomeric coatings (14). To adjust the supports (1 and 2) relative to one another, a pivotably mounted eccentric disc (15) serves expediently as an adjusting member. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Bei der Vorrichtung zum Zusammenfügen von auf Gehrung geschnittenen Leisten sind die die Leisten aufnehmenden Supporte (1 und 2) bzw. Spanneinrichtungen (12 und 13) mit einer gummielastischen Auflage (14) versehen, die an den festzuhaltenden Profilleisten anlegen. Der Abstand der beiden Supporte (1 und 2) ist durch einen nachgiebigen Anschlag in Form einer gummielastischen Einlage vorerst begrenzt. Bei der Aufbringung des Preßdruckes wird der die gummielastische Einlage aufweisende Spalt von der Spaltweite (a) etwas verringert, die dadurch bedingte relative Verschiebung zwischen dem Werkstück und Halteteil (1 und 2 bzw. 12 und 13) wird von den gummielastischen Auflagen (14) aufgenommen. Zur Verstellung der Supporte (1 und 2) gegeneinander diet zweckmäßig eine schwenkbar gelagerte Exzenterscheibe (15) als Stellglied.
