Abstract (en)
The bonding and insulating layer between the floor slab and the bituminous surface is a layer of curing plastic, into which is introduced, before curing, a granulate of thermoplastic or elastic polymers, the melting point of which is below the application temperature of the bituminous mixture. The polymers must be compatible with bitumen and with the curing plastic. This ensures not only a positive connection, but also an additional bonding of the plastic layer with the bituminous surface and a sealing of possible hairline cracks which occur.

Als Haft- und Isolierschicht zwischen der Fahrbahnplatte und der bituminösen Fahrbahndecke wird eine Schicht aus aushärtendem Kunststoff vorgeschlagen, in die vor dem Anhärten ein Granulat aus thermoplastischen oder elastischen Polymeren eingestreut wird, deren Schmelzpunkt unterhalb der Einbautemperatur des bituminösen Gemisches liegt. Die Polymere müssen mit Bitumen und dem aushärtenden Kunststoff verträglich sein. Auf diese Weise wird neben einer formschlüssigen Verbindung eine zusätzliche Verklebung der Kunststoffschicht mit der bituminösen Fahrbahndecke erreicht und eine Abdichtung eventuell auftretender Haarrisse.
