Es weist einen quaderförmigen Rahmen (1) auf, dessen Rückseite (14) offen und dessen offene Vorderseite (15) durch eine in den Rahmen (1) gesteckte Haube (2) abgedeckt ist. Die Haube (2) steht schräg nach unten über die Vorderseite (15) vor. Zwischen der Unterkante (21) der Haube (2) und dem Rahmen (1) ist ein Schlitz (22) ausgebildet.
