Device for the suspension of collecting gutters (10) of a false ceiling which serves for the screening of a supporting ceiling (4) of a room with vapour formation and is of bowed ceiling elements (6), the rims of which are supported on a first group of mounts (19) subject to maintenance of a gap between the rims, wherein one of the collecting gutters is hung in the mounts under each gap and the mounts are connected with the supporting ceiling by a suspension equipment (15, 18), characterised thereby, that a second group of mounts (24), which alternate in a predetermined sequence with those of the first group, are hung at each collecting gutter (10) and connected with the suspension equipment (15, 18) by such a coupling (25) that the second group of mounts (24) is limitedly lowerable vertically out of the installed position relative to the suspension device (15, 18).
