Method for the production of panel-like structural elements, especially wall panels for the construction of prefabricated wooden houses, wherein impregnated wooden frames (1, 2, 3) are produced and are initially clad on one side, and water glass is sprayed into the recess defined by the frame and the one-sided cladding (panel 4a), and wood fibre (5) is then placed layer by layer in said recess in layers of a thickness of about 2 cm as an insulating material and the layers are each sprayed with water glass, and this operation is repeated until said recess has been filled completely and finally the second cladding (panel 4b) sprayed with water glass is installed.

Zur Herstellung von plattenförmigen Bauelementen, bei welchen Holzrahmen (1, 2, 3) beidseitig beplankt und der Zwischenraum mit einem Isoliermaterial ausgefüllt ist, werden die Holzrahmen (1,2,3) vorerst einseitig beplankt (Platte 4a), dann Wasserglas eingesprüht, sodann Holzwolle (5) in einer Schichtdicke von etwa 2 cm eingebracht und ebenso mit Wasserglas besprüht und schließlich weitere Lagen von Holzwolle (5) eingebracht und jeweils mit Wasserglas besprüht, bis der vom Rahmen (1, 2, 3) und der Platte (4a) begrenzte Raum gefüllt ist. Abschließend wird eine zweite Platte (4b) aufgebracht und das Bauelement so verschlossen. Die dem Innenraum des Fertighauses zugewendete Platte (4b) kann an ihrer Innenseite mit einer Wachsschicht (6) überzogen sein.
