[origin: ES8705044A1] The tuyere comprises a substantially cylindrical or slightly convergent frusto-conical downstream part, and a divergent frusto-conical upstream part the plasma torch is placed co-axially to the tuyere at the inlet to the upstream part thereof the solid materials injection nozzle issues at an angle into the upstream part of the tuyere and the angle of taper of the upstream part of the tuyere substantially corresponds to the angle of natural expansion of the plasma jet, so that said materials are carried with the plasma jet and that part of them are provided onto the inner wall of the tuyere.

La tuyère comporte une partie aval (4) sensiblement cylindrique ou tronconique légèrement convergente et une partie amont (6) tronconique divergente ; la torche à plasma (8) est placée coaxialement à la tuyère (4,6) à l'entrée de la partie amont (6) de la tuyère ; la buse d'injection des matières (10) débouche obliquement dans la partie amont (6) de la tuyère dont la conicité avoisine l'angle d'expansion naturelle du jet de plasma de manière que les matières soient entraînées dans le jet de plasma et qu'une partie d'entre elles soient projetées sur la paroi interne de la tuyère, réalisant ainsi un autogarnissage.
