[origin: WO8602849A1] Many devices intended to be gripped in the hand for manual manipulation suffer from the fact that the grip of the hand on the device becomes insecure because of the nature of the surface of the device at which it is gripped by the hand or because of moisture introduced between the hand and the device as a result of perspiration. An anti-slip hand grip (20), useful for all devices which are gripped in the hand for manual manipulation, provides containment voids (22) into which the soft fleshy portions of the hand are deformed. One of the walls defining the containment void, wall (21), is provided with a biting edge (23) which grips the flesh deformed into and contained by the containment voids (22). The combination of the flesh deformed within the containment voids (22) and the gripping of the flesh by the biting edges (23) provides and effective anti-slip hand grip (20).

La retenue de maints dispositifs destinés à être tenus dans la main devient peu sûre à cause de la nature de la surface par laquelle la main tient le dispositif ou à cause de l'humidité qui se forme par transpiration entre la main et le dispositif, ce qui représente un inconvénient de nombreux de ces dispositifs. Une poignée antiglissante (20) utile pour tous les dispositifs tenus dans la main comprend des creux de retenue (22) dans lesquels les parties charnues souples de la main pénètrent par déformation. Une des parois qui définissent le creux de retenue, la paroi (21) est pourvue d'un bord aigu (23) qui accroche la chair déformée et contenue dans les creux de retenue (22). L'effet combiné de la déformation de la chair dans les creux de retenue (22) et de l'accrochage de la chair par les bords aigus (23) fournit une poignée efficace anti-glissante (20).
