The device permits not only the production of cylindrical portions but also of conical portions. In addition, the invention claims protection for a correspondingly shaped conical tube. Conical tube portions are formed by virtue of the fact that the series of rolls containing the two driven rolls which roll on one another and containing the back-pressure roll is pivotably arranged and that guide rolls gripping the respectively most recent turn on the outside and on the inside are adjusted to the changing diameter. Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Herstellen eines Wickelrohres, die nicht nur die Herstellung zylindrischer Abschnitte sondern auch konische Abschnitte gestattet. Außerdem beansprucht die Erfindung Schutz für ein entsprechend geformtes, konisches Rohr. Konische Rohrabschnitte entstehen dadurch, daß der die beiden angetriebenen, aufeinander abrollenden Walzen sowie die Andruckwalze enthaltende Walzensatz schwenkbar angeordnet ist und außen und innen die jeweils jüngste Windung erfassende Führungsrollen dem sich ändernden Durchmesser nachgeführt werden. Dies geschieht vorzugsweise mit Hilfe einer elektrischen Schaltung beispielsweise in Form eines Mikroprozessors.
