Device for cutting and/or scoring cardboard or paper webs, with at least one rotatably mounted shaft which is driven by a rotary drive and on which is arranged at least one annular cutting or scoring tool, displaceable in the axial direction of the shaft, with a holding device which acts between the shaft and the tool and by means of which the tool is held in a desired axial position on the shaft, and with a positioning device by means of which the tool is displaced into a desired axial position on the shaft, the annular tool (4, 51) consisting at least partially of magnetic material, the shaft (1, 50) consisting of non-magnetic material, and there being arranged in the shaft (1, 50), preferably at equal intervals, a series of magnetic arrangements (3, 52) which interact magnetically with the tool (4, 51) and which retain it in an assumed position by magnetic attraction.

Vorrichtung zum Schneiden und/oder Rillen von Pappe- oder Papierbahnen mit mindestens einer drehbar gelagerten von einem Drehantrieb angetriebenen Welle, auf der mindestens ein ringförmiges Werkzeug zum Schneiden oder Rillen angeordnet ist, das in Achsrichtung der Welle verschiebbar ist, einer zwischen Welle und Werkzeug wirkenden Haltevorrichtung, mit welcher das Werkzeug in einer gewünschten axialen Position auf der Welle gehalten wird,und einer Positioniervorrichtung, mit welcher das Werkzeug in einer gewünschten axialen Position auf der Welle verschoben wird, wobei das ringförmige Werkzeug (4, 51) zumindest teilweise aus magnetischem Material besteht, die Welle (1, 50) aus unmagnetischem Material besteht und in der Welle (1, 50) eine Reihe von Magnetanordnungen (3, 52), vorzugsweise in gleichen Abständen, angeordnet ist, die magnetisch mit dem Werkzeug (4, 51) zusammenwirken und es in einer eingenommenen Position durch magnetische Anziehung festhalten.
