[origin: WO8602808A1] The machine is designed for use in the pâtisserie industry for the manufacture of croissant type pastries, in particular those having a filling of jam, cream or the like, and comprises a conveyor loop (1) carrying pieces of dough (2) which receive a measured quantity of the filling (10) and are then rolled into pastries. A pair of hinged or flexible elongated elements (8), suspended either marginally above or in direct contact with the conveyor surface, and located above the outer edges of the single piece of dough (2), provide the means by which pieces of dough proceeding along the conveyor are rolled into pastries. In a preferred embodiment, the conveyor loop consists of two distinct belts (1a, 1b) arranged such that the exit point (31) of the first (1a) lies at a lower level than the entry point (32) of the second (1b).

Machine destinée à l'industrie de la pâtisserie pour la fabrication de pâtisseries du type croissant, notamment celles fourrées à la confiture, à la crème ou autres, comportant un circuit convoyeur (1) portant les morceaux de pâte (2) qui reçoivent une quantité dosée de garniture (10) et sont ensuite roulés pour en faire des pâtiseries. Une paire d'éléments allongés articulés ou flexibles (8), suspendus soit légèrement au-dessus de la surface de la bande transporteuse soit en contact direct avec celle-ci, et situés au-dessus des bords extérieurs du morceau de pâte (2), constituent l'organe permettant de rouler, pour en faire des pâtisseries, les morceaux de pâte défilant sur la bande transporteuse. Dans un mode préférentiel de réalisation, le circuit convoyeur est constitué de deux bandes distinctes (1a, 1b) disposées de sorte que le point de sortie (31) de la première (1a) se situe à un niveau inférieur au point d'entrée (32) de la seconde (1b).
