A printing head comprising at least one housing (1) adapted to contain ink (2) and at least one ink supplying member (6) arranged to receive ink (2) from the or a respective housing (1) characterised by at least one film member (4) having a plurality of holes or recesses (4a) therein, the or each film member (4) being arranged to receive ink from the respective ink supplying member or members (6) so that ink (2) is introduced into the said holes or recesses (4a).
