[origin: EP0202663A2] Boiler for the production of hot water for a central heating system, in particular in the form of a gas boiler. The boiler is designed as a wall or under-window radiator with a depth to width dimension ratio of approximately 1:8. It has a long, narrow combustion chamber with a burner pipe with combustion points arranged along its entire length at uniform distances, above this a boiler space of the same outline, in which the boiler filled with the heating water is arranged as the central water pocket, with a separation from the boiler walls as passage for the hot waste gases.
