Abstract (en)
The invention relates to a reinforcing steel as a single-bar reinforcement and as a chord bar for the production of lattice girders, especially for air-placed concrete. To obtain an optimum bond between the building materials for use in air-placed concrete and, in this respect, to restrict the formation of spray shadows to a minimum and prevent water permeability caused by defects on the reinforcing steel, it is proposed that the bar-shaped steel should have an oval cross-section, the major axes of which form with the nominal diameter of the steel the relation d1d2 = (1.05 DIVIDED 1.20) ds, ds being the diameter of the circle inscribed in the oval cross-section, and there being at least two rows of non-continuous circumferential ribs extending transversely about its longitudinal axis and forming a unitary whole with its surface, that the ribs of successive rows be offset relative to one another, and that at least the surface of the steel present between the ribs should have a peak-to-valley height mu = (0.005 DIVIDED 0.03) ds. <IMAGE>

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Bewehrungsstahl als Einzelstabbewehrung und als Gurtstab für die Herstellung von Gitterträgern insbesondere für Spritzbeton. Um für die Verwendung im Spritzbeton zwischen den Baustoffen einen optimalen Verbund zu erreichen und in diesem Zusammenhang die Spritzschattenbildung auf ein Mindestmaß zu beschränken und die Wasserdurchlässigkeit durch Störstellen am Beton stahl zu vermeiden, wird vorgeschlagen, daß der stabförmige Stahl einen ovalen Querschnitt, dessen Hauptachsen mit dem Nenndurchmesser des Stahls die Beziehung d1d2= (1,05 ÷ 1,20) ds bilden, wobei ds der Durchmesser des in den ovalen Querschnitt einbeschriebenen Kreises ist, aufweist sowie wenigstens zwei Reihen sich quer um seine Längsachse erstrekkende, mit seiner Oberfläche ein einheitliches Ganzes bildende, nicht umläufige Rippen, daß die Rippen aufeinanderfolgender Reihen gegeneinander versetzt sind und daß wenigstens die zwischen den Rippen vorhandene Oberfläche des Stahls eine Rauhtiefe µ = (0,005 ÷ 0,03) ds aufweist.
