Abstract (en)
The manual razor for replaceable double bladed heads has an adaptor (1) for attaching a double-bladed swivelling head (10). The adaptor (1) is a one-piece injection moulding made of resilient unbreakable plastic. It can be inserted into a transverse groove (6) of a handle (5) of the shaver, and it surrounds the two ends of a head piece (4) of the handle (5) with resilient claws (3). Furthermore, the adaptor (1) possesses on laterally resilient arms (7) bearing journals (8) which can be engaged into corresponding bores (9) of the double-bladed swivelling head (10). Between the arms (7) there is a spring tongue (12) formed on integrally and keeping the double-bladed swivelling head (10) in a neutral approximately central swivelling position in the non-loaded state. <IMAGE>

Der Handrasierapparat für auswechselbare Doppelklingenköpfe weist einen Adapter (1) zum Aufsetzen eines Doppelklingen-Schwingkopfes (10) auf. Der Adapter (1) ist ein einstückiges Spritzteil aus federelastischem bruchfestem Kunststoff. Er kann in eine Quernut (6) eines Handgriffs (5) des Rasierapparates eingesetzt werden, wobei er mit federnden Krallen (3) beide Enden eines Kopfstücks (4) des Handgriffs (5) umgreift. Ferner weist der Adapter (1) an seitlich federnden Armen (7) Lagerzapfen (8) auf, die in entsprechende Bohrungen (9) des Doppelklingen-Schwingkopfes (10) eingerastet werden können. Zwischen den Armen (7) ist eine einstückig angeformte, den Doppelklingen-Schwingkopf (10) im unbelasteten Zustand in einer neutralen, etwa mittleren Schwingstellung haltende Federzunge (12) vorgesehen.
