Abstract (en)

[origin: EP0205673A1] The fixing system is for suspended ceiling girders and comprises a protruding tip (1) on a first girder (2) which is engaged by a hooked lug (3,4) in a slot in the web of a second girder (6). The lug forms an extension of part of the web (8) of the first girder and in the same plate, while the hook is in the form of a tongue. The distance (A-B) between the free end of the hook and the ends contiguous to the extended portion is greater than that (C-D) necessary in the second girder. There is thus some free movement (12,13) between the ends and the second girder.
