A device controlling a door locking mechanism comprising two control units (1, 2) located on both sides of the door (3), means (6 - 9) connecting the control units to the locking mechanism (21) and disengageable means (7, 8) interconnecting the control units (1, 2), characterized in that the disengageable means comprise an intermediate sleeve (8) which includes two metallic sleeve sections (8.1, 8.2) separated by an electrically insulating body (9) providing a mechanical link between the sleeve sections (8.1, 8.2) and which is crossed by control rods (6, 7) integral with the control units (1, 2), one (7) of the control rod being mobile in translation along the axis of the intermedaite sleeve (8) so as to come out of the sleeve section, while extending across the locking mechanism (21).
