[origin: US4757680A] This invention relates to a spinning installation for making fiber spun yarns, the yarns comprising a central core of discontinuous fibers covered with an external sheath also of discontinuous fibers. The fibers forming the core and the sheath come from a common drawing system at the outlet of which they are projected onto two condenser elements. The assembly is subjected to the action of a false twist spindle. The condenser element on which the fibers forming the core are projected comprises a rotary guide associated with a mobile roller which blocks the extension of twist communicated by the false twist spindle.

@ Installation de filature permettant de réaliser des filés de fibres comportant une âme centrale (7) constituée de fibres discontinues recouvertes d'une gaine externe également à base de fibres discontinues (8).Les fibres formant l'âme (7) et la gaine (8) proviennent d'un système d'étirage commun (1) à la sortie duquel elles sont projetées sur deux éléments condenseurs (4,9), l'ensemble étant soumis à l'action d'une broche de fausse torsion (6), l'élément condenseur (9) sur lequel sont projetées les fibres destinées à former l'âme (7) comportant un guide rotatif (10) associé à un galet mobile (11) bloquant la remontée de torsion communiquée par la broche de fausse torsion (6).
