[origin: FR2574474A1] The alternating motion of the pistons of said engine is transformed into a rotary motion by means of rollers (37) which follow the profile of the curved groove (43). The pistons describe a helical motion. Blocks (38) circulate in the axial ports (39) of the ring (40) and drive the latter with a rotary motion. The pistons have their bottom turned towards the crankcase. A space (41) necessary to the housig of the piston at its top dead center causes the airplug phenomenon to appear thereby enabling a gas sealing without the use of rings. The volume of the passage ways (45) represents an air reserve which adds an oxygen supplement to the ignited fuel. The volume of injected fuel may be a function of the volume of the primary combustion chamber.

Le mouvement alternatif des pistons de ce moteur est transformé en mouvement rotatif par des galets (37) qui suivent le profil de la rainure courbe (43). Les pistons décrivent un mouvement hélicoïdal. Des blocs (38) circulent dans les lumières axiales (39) de la bague (40) et l'entraînent dans un mouvement rotatif. Les pistons ont leur fond retourné vers le carter. Un espace (41) nécessaire au logement du piston à son point mort haut fait apparaître le phénomène du bouchon d'air qui permet d'accéder à une étanchéité aux gaz sans segment. Le volume des passages (45) représente une réserve d'air qui ajoute un supplément d'oxygène au carburant enflammé. Le volume de carburant injecté pourra être fonction du volume de la chambre de combustion primaire.
