The tubular element (3) is provided on its outer wall, towards its end remote from the outlet (17), with spring stop means (21) intended to bear against the adjacent edge (22) of the cylindrical envelope (12) when the latter has been fitted on the tubular element (3), said spring stop means (21) pushing the envelope (12) in a direction parallel to the axial direction against the stop means (B1, 19) provided at the other end.
