[origin: DE3501378A1] The disclosed commutator for electric machines comprises segments (1) sunk into an insulating body (15) so as to have an improved resistance to pulling and to centrifugal forces. The bearing bush (8) of the commutator, also embedded into the insulating body (15) is a one piece part with a flange (10) acting as an armour ring with its edge (14). The flange (10) and the edge (14) extend about a front projection (5) of the segments at a uniform distance from the projection thereby forming a space filled with the material of the insulating body, respectively penetrating into a groove (4) provided at the front end (3) of the segments. Additional anchoring means (11) are formed on the bearing bush (8) in its portion situated in the region of higher material concentration of the insulating body (15).

Le commutateur pour machines électriques proposé comprend des segments (1) encastrés dans un corps isolant (15) de manière à présenter une résistance améliorée à l'arrachement et aux forces centrifuges. Le coussinet (8) du commutateur, également encastré dans le corps isolant (15), est formé d'une pièce avec une bride (10) qui sert d'anneau d'armage avec son bord (14). La bride (10) et le bord (14) s'étendent autour d'une saillie frontale (5) des segments à une distance uniforme de celle-ci formant un espace rempli de la matière du corps isolant, respectivement pénètrent dans une gorge (4) ménagée à la partie frontale (3) des segments. Des moyens d'ancrage (11) supplémentaires sont formés sur le coussinet (8) dans sa partie située dans la région de plus forte concentration de matière du corps isolant (15).
