[origin: WO8604350A1] Cleaning composition which is particularly intended for cleaning of shipping containers, which has been formed by producing an aqueous solution of sodium or potassium hydroxide containing from 20% by weight to saturation of the alkali metal hydroxide, adding to the solution of the alkali metal hydroxide a balanced amphoteric detergent, adding to the resulting composition a liquid aromatic solvent and then adding to the resulting composition a liquid ethoxylated alcohol detergent in an amount sufficient to clarify the liquid composition. The composition also preferably has incorporated therein a rust complexing agent which is effective at high pH.

Composition détergente destinée notamment au nettoyage de conteneurs de transport, obtenue en formant une solution d'hydroxyde de sodium ou de potassium contenant de 20% en poids jusqu'à saturation d'hydroxyde de métal alcalin, en ajoutant à la solution d'hydroxyde métallique alcalin un détergent amphotérique équilibré, en ajoutant à la composition résultante un solvant aromatique liquide et en ajoutant enfin à cette solution un détergent à base d'alcool éthoxylé liquide en une quantité suffisante pour clarifier la composition liquide. De préférence dans la composition est incorporé également un agent de complexage de la rouille qui est efficace à un pH élevé.
