A device for dispensing masses capable of flow, with a casing (1) wherein a control component is mounted for displacement wherewith an opening (9) for dispensing the mass can be closed, and which contains an applicator element (18) lying in the rest position immerged in a chamber (3) of the casing (1), which chamber is closed by a removable closing cap (11), from which chamber (3) the applicator element (18) can be pushed out, characterized in that the applicator element (18) is arranged at one end of a piston stem (14) capable of longitudinal axial displacement in the casing (1), on which stem a control piston (15) is positioned with a force-fit which, in the end position of the piston stem bears in a leak-proof manner of the dispensing opening (9), and whose other end carries a connecting element (17) whereto the closing cap (12) can be connected after its removal from the front portion (2), and in that the connecting element (17) is arranged in such a recess (6) of the casing (1) for longitudinal axial displacement, that the dispensing opening (9) can only be released and closed by means of the control piston (15) when the closing cap (11) is attached to the connecting element (17).
