[origin: EP0209496A1] The button cover has a metallic circular cap (1) which fits over the button. Its outer face (2) has a cylindrical cavity in which a decorative disc (3) is fixed. The bottom of the outer edge of the cap (4) has a peripheral groove (5) with a gap (11) in it. A spring (7) has two arms, whose extremities are bent towards each other and are introduced into two holes in the groove. The arms are joined by a loop that is inserted in the gap in the groove and goes round the thread fixing the button.
