[origin: WO8604648A1] The device comprises a double paddle body (14) which may rotate about two shafts (8, 9) which are perpendicular to each other and are also perpendicular to the longitudinal axis (21) of the body, said longitudinal axis being itself unfixed in the space. The shaft (8, 9) may pivot in two arcuate supports (6, 7) which swivel in two hinges (4, 5) arranged at the end of two rotary shafts (2, 3). The rotation in opposite directions of said two shafts (2, 3) gives a paddle motion to the body (14) which simultaneously rotates about its longitudinal axis (21).
