[origin: WO8604401A1] A single line valve construction including a distributor valve with inlet means (12) thereto for a lubricant, the apparatus serving under the control of a timing device for selectively or cyclically aligning various ports (11, 30) and passageways within the structure for the purpose of dispensing, and for distributing lubricant material to structural apparatus including, for illustrative purposes, a gear mechanism, although obviously the invention is applicable to apply lubricant material in any desired sequence to portions of mechanical devices to prevent wearing and improper functioning thereof, the distributing means including removable cartridges (20) in a main valve body (10), each movably containing a piston (44) the piston (44) and cartridge (20) respectively having openings (36) and passageways (34) therein adapted for selective connection to various distributing passageways (11, 30) in a main valve body.

Valve à conduite unique comprenant une valve distributrice ayant des canaux d'admission (12) pour un lubrifiant; cette valve est commandée par un dispositif régulateur permettant d'aligner sélectivement ou à une certaine fréquence les différents orifices (11, 30) et passages à l'intérieur de la structure, ce dans le but de distribuer du lubrifiant dans des appareils comprenant, par exemple, un engrenage. Toutefois cette valve peut servir à appliquer du lubrifiant, à n'importe quelle fréquence désirée, sur des parties de dispositifs mécaniques, pour empêcher l'usure et un mauvais fonctionnement. Les moyens de distribution comprennent des cartouches (20) amovibles se trouvant dans le corps principal de valve (10) et contenant chacune un piston mobile (44); le piston (44) et la cartouche (20) possédent, respectivement, des ouvertures (36) et des passages (34) adaptés pour être reliés de façon sélective aux divers passages de distribution (11, 30) dans le corps principal de valve.
