[origin: EP0211423A2] Disc-shaped rotary tools, e.g. circular saws, slitting, cutting-off and abrasive discs, circular knives, cutting discs, etc. (vibrators), which - apart from the rotary drive - are affected by a further force to improve the vibration behaviour. This second force acts radially and is triggered by a load cell placed in the centre. To achieve the tensile stresses in the periphery, the tool blade/disc planes are slit like segments. <IMAGE>
