[origin: EP0212160A2] A key switch (130) provided with a cardioid (138) and a cam follower (140) for protecting the operating position, is provided with an operating element (148) so that the switch can be triggered remotely via a triggering part (168) when, for example, a single-piece telephone in which the switch (130) is installed is placed on the associated rest (164).
