1. Dispenser for flowable media, particularly pharmaceutical active substances, such as nose drops, with a manually operable discharge pump (2) having an inlet (19) for supplying from a reservoir (20) and an outlet (11) and determining a discharge volume per pump stroke and whose outlet (11) is connected to an outlet channel (24), which is in turn connected at its outer end in the outlet direction with an outlet opening (26) leading into the opening and forms passage cross-sections for the medium, characterized by at least one pressure reduction intermediate chamber (47) for the medium interposed in the outlet channel (24) and whose chamber volume is at least approximately the same as the discharge volume of the discharge pump (2) per pump stroke and whose action cross-sections are larger than the passage cross-section of the outlet opening (26).

Eine Ausgabe-Einrichtung (1) für selbstfließende Meden weist zwischen einer Austragpumpe (2) und ihrer Auslaßöffnung (26) eine unmittelbar benachbart zu letzterer liegende Druckabbau-Zwischenkammer (47) auf, deren Kammervolumen mindestens etwa in der Grössenordnung des Austragvolumens der Austragpumpe (2) liegt und in welcher das je Pumphub von der Austragpumpe (2) geförderte Medium vor Austreten durch die Auslaßöffnung (26) kurzzeitig zwischengespeichert wird. Dadurch kann eine unter relativ hohem Druck genau dosiert von der Austragpumpe (2) geförderte Menge an Medium statt in einem verhältnismäßig heftigen Strahl verhältnismäßig weich bzw. tropfenweise durch die Auslaßöffnung (26) abgegeben werden.
