Abstract (en)
In a process for manufacturing a membrane key switch, at least one spacer layer of dielectric varnish is printed on. In order to reduce the number of printing processes at greater intervals and to achieve secure attachment of the membrane, the spacer layer or layers is/are printed onto the carrier and the covering membrane as parts of a single membrane, provided with conductor paths. Subsequently, an adhesive coating is applied, after which the membrane parts are folded on top of one another.

Bei einem Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Folientastschalters wird wenigstens eine Abstandsschicht aus Isolationslack aufgedruckt. Um die Anzahl der Druckvorgänge bei größeren Abständen zu reduzieren und eine sichere Befestigung der Folie zu erreichen, werden auf den Träger und die Deckfolie als Teile einer einzigen mit Leiterbahnen versehenen Folie die Abstandsschicht bzw. die Abstandsschichten aufgedruckt. Anschließend erfolgt ein Kleberauftrag, wonach die Folienteile aufeinandergeklappt werden.
