In an inflatable life-saving wrapper, particularly for warming persons suffering from hypothermia, having a mattress-like base part (1) and a cover part (2) set thereon in the manner of a roof, the base part (1) and covering part (2) are pivotable about a sealingly connected joining part at least along one common lateral edge, and can be connected to each other by means of releasable connecting means (5) at least along the opposite lateral edge, and the covering part (2) is coated on its inside (6) with a material which reflects heat radiation. <IMAGE>

Bei einer aufblasbaren Rettungshülle, insbesondere zum Aufwärmen unterkühlter Personen, mit einem matratzenähnlichen Bodenteil (1) und einem dachartig darauf aufgesetzten Abdeckteil (2) sind Bodenteil (1) und Abdeckteil (2) wenigstens längs einer gemeinsamen Seitenkante um ein dicht angeschlossenes Verbindungsteil klappbar und wenigstens längs der gegenüberliegenden Seitenkante mittels lösbarer Verbindungsmittel (5) miteinander verbindbar und der Abdeckteil (2) ist auf seiner Innenseite (6) mit Wärmestrahlung reflektierendem Material beschichtet.
