Within the lock body (6) there are blocking or locking elements (9,10) which, in the released state, are radially displaceable or pivotable and are under the effect of springs (40) pressing them radially inwards. To lock the blocking elements (9,10) there is a plurality of blocking pins (11) which block the slideably displaceable blocking elements (9,10) or which interact with a blocking effect with the blocking elements via special blocking extensions (57) on the latter. The blocking pins (11) are under the effect of springs (12,60) pressing them into the blocking position. The lock is released by means of key tappets of adjustably effective length which act directly on the blocking pins (11) or on intermediate supplementary pins (27) and which push these back. Es handelt sich um eine aus Schlüssel und Schloß bestehende Schließvorrichtung. Innerhalb des Schlosses ist eine Welle (1) angeordnet, die wenigstens zwei diametral gegenüberliegende Nocken (4, 5) trägt und an deren einem Wellenende (2) der Schlüssel drehfest aufsteckbar ist. Innerhalb des Schloßkörpers (6) sind Sperr- oder Verriegelungselemente (9, 10) angeordnet, die im entriegelten Zustand radial verschiebbar oder verschwenkbar sind und unter der Wirkung von sie radial nach innen drückenden Federn (40) stehen. Zur Verriegelung der Sperrelemente (9, 10) sind mehrere Sperrstifte (11) vorgesehen, die die gleitend verschiebbaren Sperrelemente (9, 10) blockieren oder über besondere Blockieransätze (57) an den Sperrelementen (9,10) blockierend mit diesen zusammenwirken. Die Sperrstifte (11) stehen unter der Wirkung von sie in die Sperrstellung drückenden Federn (12, 60). Das Entriegeln erfolgt durch in ihrer wirksamen Länge einstellbare Stößel des Schlüssels, die direkt auf die Sperrstifte (11) oder zwischengeschaltete Ergänzungsstifte (27) einwirken und diese zurückschieben. Weiterhin können noch Mittel zum Blockieren der Sperrelemente (9, 10) in ihrer nach außen geschobenen bzw. geschwenkten Position, der Offenstellung, vorgesehen sein.
